NOTATION: The idea is that UberWAV “encourages” and “facilitates” a nationwide one-on-one mentorship program for children and young adults living with disabilities. Uber Access finds, vets, trains, and connects experienced adults living with disabilities to young adults and children that are learning to navigate the world with new and/or pre-existing disabilities. Uber collaborates with the YMCA to connect and create a safe, fun space for group activities, peer support, and one-on-one mentorship.
